Time Express Hotel Al Khan Sharjah

The room was complete with amenities, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the housekeeping staff was lovely, efficient, and very friendly. They were quick to respond to my requests for extra pillows and towels. the male receptionist was kind and friendly, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. He even extended our check-out time by an hour.

The customer service was lacking and almost dismissive. the lack of a functioning restaurant meant that we had to rely on external deliveries for meals.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with helpful information about transportation and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St George's Beach and the main city center. We also appreciated the convenience of having parking available and being close to many other islands.

Additionally, I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the impeccable cleanliness of the room, and the overall comfort of my stay.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as pool timing and a tight room size, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The pool's routine check consumed some time before it was accessible, and the room I initially booked did not have a balcony as advertised.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of Sharjah and the DXB airport, making it easy to explore the area. It is also situated near a mosque, adding to the cultural experience. The rooms offer a comfortable bed and a great shower set up. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing professional service and daily cleaning.

Some areas of the hotel need improvement, such as cleanliness and maintenance issues.
